What makes a bad
day? It is an interesting and general question. Many options can be thrown out,
as to what a bad day is. But in actuality, a bad day is an accumulation of bad moments.
No one wants to give credit to the saying of "live in the moment",
when it's something that isn't beneficial. With that said. It is the moment, or
the accumulation of, that makes a day bad. A good day can take a terrible turn,
with a detrimental occurrence. Conversely, a much needed win can change the
whole tide. It is the moment that counts. Approaching life as a stream of
linear moments, gives perspective on how to approach it. Break the stream of
bad moments with a good one. Sometimes helping someone, can fill the desire of
feeling needed, important or relevant. Laughter. Seeking a kind work. A relate-able
source for a sounding board. All are examples to a vast array of options to
break a stream. But the general principle of breaking the moment of negative
streams. Or, form a stream a positive moments, for a fantastic day. The moment
to moment approach is but one way to rationalize, adjust, regroup and prosper
in this conundrum called life.
